Rehabilitation, and Reintegration of Women Formerly Associated with Terrorist Groups

Women without Borders (WwB) Founder and Executive Director Dr. Edit Schlaffer attended the 63rd UN Commission on the Status of Women and participated on an expert panel at a side event designed to discuss the rehabilitation and reintegration of returning women who have been associated with terrorist groups. The event was co-sponsored by Pakistan, State of Qatar, the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
