On 17 September 2022, another MotherSchools Germany cohort graduated, with 20 mothers celebrating their achievements and dedication to safeguarding the next generation and building a safer global community for all of us. The class of 2022 represents the second round of MotherSchools Germany in Hessen, funded as part of the state programme “Hessen active for democracy and against extremism”. Working with our local partner, Rumi imPuls e.V., this iteration took place in Hessen with two groups meeting in Darmstadt and Raunheim. Each of the graduates completed approximately 40 hours of training in PVE (preventing violent extremism), childhood development, security, peacebuilding, and communications.
