Advancing Women’s Roles in Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization that Lead to Terrorism

Women without Borders (WwB) Founder and Executive Director Dr. Edit Schlaffer presents the ‘MotherSchools: Parenting for Peace’ Model and advocates for the further inclusion of women in preventing violent extremism (PVE) efforts at a joint OSCE and Global Counterterrorism Forum workshop in Vienna. The event convenes senior government officials and PVE experts to develop policy recommendations that will increase civil society engagement in PVE.
