Raising Awareness Against HIV and Gender Based Violence

Women without Borders (WwB) attends an event held by the Austrian Foundation for World Population and International Cooperation in Vienna to raise awareness for women-led campaigns against HIV and violence against women and celebrate their achievements in changing laws, policies and practices. The conference brings together four women leaders: Justine Rukeba Mbabazi from Rwanda, Karen F. Villanueva from the Philippines, Dr. Maha Al-Muneef from Saudi Arabia and Nasra Hassan from Pakistan/Austria, who are breaking barriers and gaining ground in the battle against these issues in their home countries.
