Women Meeting the Challenges of Violent Extremism

Women without Borders (WwB) speaks about the ‘MotherSchools: Parenting for Peace’ Model and serves on a panel with another expert on the impact of armed conflict and violent extremism on women at the NGO Committee Meeting on the Status of Women in Vienna, Austria. The meeting seeks to address women’s role in early recognition and response to signs of radicalisation within society, and the international legal framework on women, peace, and security (UN Security Council Resolution 1325).
