Women in Modern Central Asia Conference

Women without Borders (WwB) Founder and Executive Director Dr. Edit Schlaffer presents the organisation’s work on preventing violent extremism through grassroots-level fieldwork and civil society engagement at the ‘Women in Modern Central Asia’ conference at REEES in Graz, Austria. The conference aims at generating dialogue between young scholars and representatives of NGOs and international organisations in an attempt to better understand the context-specific situations of women living in Central Asia.
