United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) General Assembly

UNIFEM invites Women without Borders (WwB) to their General Assembly where Dr. Jaleh Lackner-Gohari holds a speech depicting the history of the women’s movement in her home country of Iran. The meeting highlights the importance of celebrating the accomplishments of women who are dedicated to working toward a more inclusive society, like Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Shirin Ebadi.
