On International Women’s Day 2016, Women without Borders (WwB) presented the ‘MotherSchools: Parenting for Peace!’ Model to community stakeholders and celebrated the graduation of the first MotherSchools Vienna Participants. The internationally recognised best-practice MotherSchools Model was introduced to embassy representatives, OSCE delegates, policy shapers, and NGO partners in Vienna. Female activists and community leaders from Belgium, England, Sweden, and Indian Kashmir came together to present their key security challenges and join the global MotherSchools movement to establish a bottom-up security framework in their countries.
