‘Role of Women in the Fight Against Violent-Prone Extremism and Terrorism’

Women without Borders (WwB) Founder and Executive Director Dr. Edit Schlaffer delivers a keynote speech ‘Role of Women in the Fight Against Violent-Prone Extremism and Terrorism’ and showcases the ‘MotherSchools: Parenting for Peace’ Model at the OSCE’s ‘Security Policy – Female Perspectives’ conference in Vienna, Austria. The conference features parliamentarians, representatives from OSCE field operations, academics, and civil society members with the aim to increase the level of engagement of women in discussions on security, including conflict resolution and preventing violent extremism (PVE). Panel discussions explore issues such as the role of women in developing a new pan-European security architecture.
